• Dents with cracked or chipped paint cannot be repaired with PDR.
  • Deep dents, especially those with stretched metal or located near panel edges, may not be suitable for PDR.
  • The dent must be accessible from behind the panel for effective repair.
  • Some aluminum panels are more challenging and may not always be possible to repair using PDR.
