Our tint products have a scratch-resistant coating, to protect them from damage during installation and beyond. Every shade of tint we make has integrated, color-stable dye to help the deep charcoal hue stay true. Many lesser quality tint brands have dye applied only to the surface, making them less durable and likely to discolor. This is a simpler manufacturing process, but it can lead to discoloration.
